It is pretty phenomenal. The staff is generally extremely happy in their jobs and this translates to a great, drama-free environment. ALL staff get cash bonuses monthly, free snacks, gym membership, open vacation, catered monthly lunch, and killer views of Clearwater Beach. It was voted top workplace is Tampa Bay by TB Times, TB Business Journal and a top workplace by Entrepreneur magazine. The CEO treats staff with respect, briefs them daily and generally very accessible. This makes for a confident crew. I've never worked anywhere that was this much fun.

Fun! We keep the focus on getting things done fast and correctly but we always make sure we're having fun while we do it. From snacks to no door policies there is no reason to fret because they do everything they can to help with whatever they can!
