
They do offer opportunities to move up in the company, but pay is terrible unless you're an executive. They place huge responsibilities for the promotions and the raises are terrible. They base it off "sales" and credit which means if you don't make a certain about of credit goals, your yearly raise is even smaller. I'm talking five, ten cent raises.
