The company culture at Faithlife leads to coworkers that are honest and ready to help one another grow. Disagreements may happen, but discourse occurs in a civil manner and with proper communication. Employee interests cover a broad spectrum of activities, but getting outside and enjoying local sceneries is most common. Nature is at our doorstep and many of my Faithlife coworkers enjoy taking advantage of that.
