Love the people and love my work. UP issues make it more stressful than necessary causing health problems for some and others leave the company. All the job consolidations are taking a toll on performance and peoples health. Rumors of more lay offs make it worse

collaboration, passion and positive attitudes in a very, very tough market and poor rail service
Everyone is always pitching in to help out. Rarely see the, 'its not my job' attitude.
market has changed so other companies paying more. also, unattainable goals due to UPRR issues and my compensation/rating suffers
severely understaffed and too high of turnover causing long hours and heavy work load on experienced and senior people
challenges of our business, great people to work with and the ability to make decisions and move forward....and the great people to work with :)
My base salary has stalled over last 4 yrs. Bonuses OK but base salary is very important as well. Feel like i'm being taken advantage of due to my yrs of experience and too much focus to retain 2-8 yrs of service employees and not enough on 20+ yrs of service and all the knowledge and experience
annual % base salary increases are unfair and way too low. for 20 years, I was told base increases will be small then in 2018/19/20 comp plan got redisigned and I see double digit increases for people with little yrs of service. took me 15+ yrs to get to min levels and new hires over past 5 yrs jump
