
First off the CTL recruiter does your prescreening and that means your chances of getting the job go way DOWN because they have no idea what they are looking at. Centurylink is going to mostly contractor vendors now which is why service is going down hill faster no accountability who is tracking vendors ? CTL is under staff internally to manage contract vendors.
there is none, Centurylink is doing away with internal employees, wants to only have contractors working for them.
Depends on the position usually 2 part interviews and an assessment after the first interview.
