
Feedback is relative. You can work with your peers and develop valuable feedback that helps you to prepare for sr level engagements. At the sr level, they are looking for you to bring solutions and usually support well defined solutions. Sr leaders will also give you feedback on areas you might not be aware of in the corporation which helps you define your path to success with a project. I feel comfortable challenging sr leaders if I am sure of my path also and have not seen any negative feedback for speaking my mind.
You can give ideas and suggestions, but no one listens. Leadership never fights for you.
