Start listening to employees instead of making decisions in a vacuum. Stop cutting costs and hire people where the talent really is, give a wellness stipend, open offices back again in places where people can actually attend
Some of the people and the office, which is being drastically reduced and moved far away, resulting in fewer colleagues attending and a sub-par experience. This decision was made in a vacuum by the legal team which didn't even care about how this would affect us and never looked for an alternative
