Good at first, but things went downhill quickly after multiple re-organizations of the marketing department and subsequent loss of sales, and revenue, which led to layoffs.

Micromanged to the point of being destroyed and dreading coming to work everyday. I question why I came here and why I stay. They make choices to hire employees that are totally against their own values/policies and then let their superstars go. No one understands the method behind the Madness.
