Like any corporation, there are ups and downs. There are times when it feels like focus is too much on growth instead of actual user needs, but overall the company genuinely values its customers and wants to do right by them. It is a good place to work.
It's a great place to spend your days, working with really good people. A very strong work life balance.
Customer service. Currently they just ignore any emails and support tickets. No response whatsoever. And there is no way to talk to someone there on the phone. I assume they will be forced to go out of business before long.
