Non-exempt employees are on a Paid Time Off (PTO) schedule. Hours for time-off start accruing on your first day with NAVEX Global. Exempt employees are on a Flex Time Off (FTO) schedule. In general, we encourage team members to take no less than three weeks of time each year and to use their discretion as more time may be needed and can be approved by their manager. Based on your tenure, you can plan to take off additional time based on standard guidelines, up to 6 weeks of FTO after 10 years.
