
Better investment in career development and showing a growth trajectory
Tried to start a convo about my career development several times over the last year but mo clear path is laid out or actions taken
If I look at go/values it should be amazing. i am heavily invested in all of our values and our purpose. So the potential is there but it's not lived by our managers
Invest in the values we stand for. Not only external but moreover internally. What values am I missing mostly on a daily basis: earn trust everyday, invest in community. Next to that I experience a lack of transparency and I feel there needs to be better internal career guidance and opps.
There are a lot of external hires without any consideration about who in the team could make a step. Raising the question about making a step is even pushed back on. I see a lot of committed and talented people leave while we hire and have to introduce them to our company.Compensation is not only $
