I feel like communication is key to make sure a team can work together successfully. Hard to communicate though when we are told differently every day on our tasks. Having written processes that are updated is key to ensure everyone is on the right path within the departments.
I have good and happy experience
Its good and i enjoy working there, but due to personal issues pay cuts it close
Like my job and what I do. People are great just could make more money would be nice
