
I really don't know the leadership team on a level to have an opinion.
My team really has each other's backs and I know I can count on their knowledge and experience.
Knowing that my coworkers and I are all pushing in the same direction. Also that my manager has our backs.
According to multiple job sites I am being drastically underpaid. I have been told by my manager that they are waiting for HR to roll out their new raise distribution plan that changes from "cost of living" adjustments across the board to allowing the managers to direct raises as they see fit.
