Team outings are a blast, in my opinion. Twice a year, our whole team meets in a city in the US and mingles for a few days. It's always fun to mingle with my coworkers, and I think we all walk away with renewed energy and a fresh perspective on what we're doing as a team.

They're so much fun. Being a virtual company it is great to get together with everyone you don't get the opportunity to see daily. It helps everyone understand what is going on in the company outside of their department, and build relationships with fellow co-workers.
