We are the lowest paid contract on miramar. Everything is california is getting more expensive and we can barely keep up.

People are spread everywhere, controllers ask mechs to do shady things. Some mechs dont want to work. I think getting rid of controllers and open up more mech 3 spots in place of them. Everyone does maintence and the mech 3 on the job updates the customer.

Im not 100% sure what the leadship team is but the leadership is a joke. The leadership for the mechanics are the controllers. I havent come across any mech that said "we need controllers" their job is usless. The go to a maintenance meeting in the morning then play with their phone all day.
