
Depends on the department you are interviewing for. Generally they will ask you do answer in a STAR format (situation/task action result). For example: We were having an issue cross selling for home owners. I suggested a bingo game for "answers for not needing homeowners insurance" to get CSRs asking customers. We had daily and weekly prizes for bingo. Once this was in place we saw a 200% increase in upsell attempts and 84% increase in homeowners cross sales" This is not a real scenario but you can follow along and see the situation/task, action, result. Add in as many numbers as you can and try to make the result as finite as you can.
