Guidewire Software: good working environment, good colleagues, but the strategy changes every 6 months and it makes if difficult to adapt, as soon as you adapted, the next changes comes. Unfortunately, not many possibilities to advance in my career from my current position

Newrez LLC: Newrez sets up it's organization to make it difficult for home owners to maintain their payments, impossible to access customer service and then sells and resells your home loan (back to other organizations) in hopes that you miss a mortgage payment. They are little more than thieves.

Allegiant Travel Company: Customer Service - when an issue arises there is no way to get assistance. Managers have no authority to assist with resolving the issue. Customer Relations is non-existant.
symplr: My team is always available to help when needed. I can ask questions or answer them and feel accomplished. They are a diverse group which I found rewarding as well.

I have often wanted to get more involved in certain areas of the work but there doesn't seem to be any interest or encouragement from anyone within the office i work. One must be already working within the system to have a chance to be hired into a job.
Helpware: it's a job that pays the bills at home and gives me the opportunity to pursue my dreams with my free time; I feel it's a great company but since they didn't give me the benefits last year, it became unethical and they had promised me a people driven company, there was no compensation or apology from

Helpware: There have been some up and downs in the company since I started my career 2 years ago. But one thing that has remained is the constant rollout of new benefits and services. For a BPO, I find that there is really no micromanagement at Helpware and there is communication among all of us. Love it!

Ben E. Keith: I work for the south east division and it is terrible, our management enforces rules only on certain individuals, you can only move up if youre in their circle, we never have any order or space for product, the rules never apply to management only to hourly employees
Confie: I am still relatively new, so my experiences with the leadership team are based only on what I've observed so far in my few months with the company. I imagine these answers will change after I have been with the company longer. So far though, it's been great, and I have no concerns.

First Merchants: I like working with the co-workers i have and the work we do is challenging and thought provoking. But it becomes a problem when we are not told something is changing until we get a call about it or have to go down a rabbit hole to find out what is going on.
Elastic: I came to a team, where half of the teammates have less than 2 years in Elastic. They are very familiar with onboarding and are willing to help me out to make it a fair transition
Guidewire Software: It's a good place to work. However, some areas in the company have structures that allow for career advancement and others don't.
First Merchants: Capitalism, it needs to be destroyed.
Elastic: Elastic has quickly become the work family that I had been missing for years.
Snap Finance: It has been rough at times, but I am extremely happy with my leader and my peers, we make an excellent team. I have to give kudos to my leader because she knows how to get the best out of her team members, she dearly cares about her team as human beings as well.

Guidewire Software: Positive experience. But there's always too much to get done at any given time, and the work pace is always so fast that there's rarely/never time to stop and be creative/think more strategically.
Guidewire Software: It used to be great but our culture has been slowly decaying and lately, big decisions seem to get rushed and pushed with little to no real communication making the last year or two extremely frustrating
