MOD Pizza: For the majority of it it had been pleasant and meaningful. Now however, the company has made changes that harm and isolate all employees at the general manager level and below which will result in a large increase in turnover.

PODS: Pods force all management responsibility upon forklift operators and warehouse workers.. under paying them and they are being bullied to do it with the same pay or they get fired... hence.. they are constantly hiring..check the turn over rate.. I have work for over 10 companies and PODS is the worst

Kum & Go: This is a horrible company to work for. GM’s can treat there employees horrible and nothing is done about it. It you try to do anything about it they will terminate you. Can not even contact
Flagstar Bancorp: Very poor communication. Upper managemnet seems to have no idea how badly non-branch personnel are treated.
Snap Finance: More accountability and communications between departments. We need to work more as one team within different departs than competing and trying to destroy each other.
Multiplex: The CEO is a full-on nacissist and a bully. As he is not a structural engineer, he can't engineer his own products, but bullies his design engineers into designing unsafe products. It was the absolut worst experience I've had in 20 years of engineering highly loaded composite structures.

Medallia: I started in the beginning of 2023. I've gone through a CEO, job title change beyond my original scope without any increase in compensation, and are top 10 in quota attainment. Yet, I stay motivated because the people (the team) believes in me. No matter how hard the day goes, we build each other up

Crestron Electronics: In working here for 10+ years, I can say that employee moral and motivation at the company seems to have trended down since the pandemic started. Overall, I do enjoy working here and have a great team alongside me.

Crestron Electronics: I feel like Crestron can be better. We have the people that care about the company, we need managers encouraging cross-functional teams to work together and smooth some of the processes. Also hybrid only works when there is a true commitment to checking in on your peers and talking.
