ABT Electronics: the service manager told me the technicians say there is nothing wrong with my dryer even though I told them about 5 months ago that my dryer was not drying thoroughly. they spent less than 15 min. is only 4 yrs old.

Pivotal: Made four attempts to have a sink ( plumbing) fixed. All four times I took off of work. All four times no call no show. Pivotal had "No" idea what was going on. Could not understand employee on the other end was saying. Terrible way to run a company. I canceled the service. Don't get involved.
Genesis10: very positive. I like what I do, I like the people I work with, and I am happy to be here.

Chime: Get real management and stop having all these workers that answer your phones that have no knowledge to help ...they repeat themselves and never have answers. Any real issues you have to email and they don't even help you then
Wintrust Bank: FIRE ROSS MATHEE, A SNR VP/BR MGR, WHO CALLED ME TWICE AND VERBALLY ABUSED ME, UNTIL I DISCONNECTED BOTH CALLS. HE THEN CREATED A COVER-UP OF WHAT HE'D DONE AND INVOLVED 15 OTHER, UPPER ECHELON, BR MGRS, DIR OF RETAIL BANKING, AMONG OTHERS. THEY THEN CLOSED MY ACCT FRAUDULENTLY AND LIED ABOUT IT.

Beacon Hill: The environment is very energetic and supportive, the work is competitive but those who take initiative and work hard are embraced and incentivized effectively
Zones: They need to practice work safety. They allow employees to cut open boxes without using safety gloves/correct procedures and there could be an accident anytime due to where merchandise is at and how employees have to reach too far to get merchandise. They don't seem to care.
SoFi: Customer service is horrible. They give you the run around.
Rosti: Retention is horrible, and they need to examine why.

Conn's HomePlus: I was in a wreck and need a complex spine surgery. My wife bought me a soft hybrid mattress from Conn's Cottonwood and had it delivered... except they delivered an extra firm hybrid that was useless for me with my spine condition. They have refused to pickup the wrong mattress or refund my money.
Rotech Healthcare: Get a new CEO. Look at the reviews, and you can see how the company is run.
Rotech Healthcare: The service I received from Marietta, GA is horrible!They're blaming everything on hospt or insurance. I've called several times to check the status of my order.The first time I found out it was not even ordered.I called back again,no update was available.Placed on eternal hold 10/24.

King's Hawaiian: King's Hawaiian is made up of the kindest, smartest prople. Everyone is a leader and strives to do the right thing. Pay is super competitive and the way they care about us makes me never want to work anyplace else.
Trek Bicycle Corporation: Improve quality control of sourced spokes as they break like dry spaghetti. Also, set higher standards for authorized dealers customer service.
Costa Coffee: Stop fining customers for over running the parking time allowed. Also the contact us on their web site doesn't work. So how can Costa revceive feedback

Tivo: Hardware reliability is very poor for the modern model. Put the OS on a chip and then store the recordings on an SSD.

Spin Master: Honor replacement of a product that broke in 36 days but because it was sold on Amazon by a third party vendor customer cares reply was it was manufactured too long ago for a warranty replacement. Explain that to my 4 year old granddaughter . Item was purchased on 6/11/23 for birthday on 9/9/23.

American National Insurance Company: Policy Administration Customer Service is non existent. I have been trying to get a duplicate policy for three months. It is impossible to speak to a responsible person, and the people who process requests apparently are unfamiliar with ANICO's forms and/or cannot read. Incompetence reigns.
