Newrez LLC: Actually empower employees, and provide the necessary training to help them succeed. Stop trying to make up metrics that don't apply, and listen to your emplyees. Management will mask or not concey these issues to the higher ups, and nothing positive happens. Feedback loops are also crap.
TVS: Nice services for the tvs products
Jamba Juice: it was fine till we got a new manager. the new manager doesnt put up the schedule till the day before the new week starts and is unfairly scheduling people. the manager works mulitple days a week but spends his time not doing his duties as a manager. genuinly cant wait to quit.
Conservice: It can be not fun if you get utility providers who won't work with us as a third party. But most of the time it's fine. The main trick is to be in good communication with your team lead.
WEX: Neck breaking speed, back crushing workload, zero strategy, zero planning.
Louisiana Pacific: No pride to work for a company that devalues talent. No knowledge required if you are a white person.
NICE Ltd: So far its has been great as company gives lot of attention to innovate faster and scale

Stewart's Shops: Agood manager makes your job a lot easier, unfortunately they don't have many good managers. Instead of building up experienced employees for management, they often hire from outside the company and put them through a MIT program to test their compliance instead of compatibility and work ethic.
Fulcrum Digital Inc: It used to be outstanding, but now lack of communication, belittling of coworkers has begun. This area needs to be addressed as well as being underpaid.
Remitly: They need to improve the openess to feedback and non-retaliation
Loaf 'N Jug: The store was closed with a hand written dign on the doir that said "Be back open soon!:)" its 1:03 pm mst on a saturday 10/7/2023 the doors say open 24 hours. All the lights are on and it looks like its open but the door is locked. Been waiting outside for about 15 minutes now and still not open.
Days Inn: Days inn in jellico do not no how to treat there employees every rude and on drugs and are also very rude to there customers they have only one employee cause they can't keep workers they have there employee knocking on doors before checkout time and walking in on people

Fitbit: I have always struggled with low battery life with Fitbit devices. But now that the new app has taken away the percentage indicator that makes it harder to use. This battery indicator should be front and center with a large % font and a bar showing across the top of the page. I hope they fix this.
Cirque du Soleil: My dream job. It's a place to make a career from. Colleagues are wonderful.

Scopely: On the surface, cares about its people and its craft. Under the surface, cares only about money for the founders. A grinding culture where most people are told they're failing, no matter how well they're doing. Does not really care about its employees psychological health. It breaks good people.
Jiffy Lube: They cut hours and dont give overtime and hold your checks!

I see the managers and employees treat customers great; yet when I see the stressed out condition of the teams and the hrs + how little they are paid., I wonder why they don't walk off the job. Including seeing a dist mang speak disrespectful to store mgr.
Scopely: they do layoffs for no reasons even though the higher up do the mistakes

Toll Brothers: I built with Toll Brothers in the Houston, TX area in 2020. I have one of their higher end "Executive Series" products. There have been and continue to be substantial warranty items, primarily due to shoddy workmanship. Toll Brothers does not stand behind their products. Very disappointing.
Genesis10: Good organization, more mobility internally would be better, and benefits are very expensive, so would like to see better on that front. Also, a better retirement/matching 401K would improve things.
Crestron Electronics: No effort is made to make things fun at work. Offices are outdated, perks do not match other tech companies, Im excluded from team building events. 3-5% raises (when offered) are pay cuts when inflation is 8%

Culturally, I can be myself (inclusive environment), my job allows for a high degree of flexibility/hybrid option and the people I work with are great. There is a nice mix of legacy, deep product knowledge with new, innovative thinking.
Mosaic North America: Mosaic is full of cronyism, mismanagement and no accountibilty at the director level and above. There are no checks and balances on bad management and its costing the company millions on key client accounts.
Columbia Hospitality: At first, there was one person that made me question if I would like being here, but that resolved itself and everyone else I get along with well.

PODS: SVP of HR and VP of Total rewards are a joke, so many people have reported them to the HRBP and it gets covered up. They have no clue how to run a HR dept. If you are not part of their "crew" you will never make it. Take a look at the exit interviews Kathy, and speak to the teams below them.
