Zenith American Solutions: It can be incredibly fast paced and stressful. Back up from management is often slow due to an overabundance of work. I put in maximum effort and pride of valuable time from myself - I should be compensated properly for this. Being heard and spoken to is key. Communication!!!
Harris Computer: There are no stock options available - 401K match is paid months into the next year, only communication from management is how and where to reduce costs - no raises due to poor performance of the company since there is no support from management

In fact, they encourage a sense of "competition" and they consider bullying simple competition. Management is often dismissive and lacks knowledge about policy or proceedure.

While it can be demanding, it also provides valuable life lessons in communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
