Zenith American Solutions: It can be incredibly fast paced and stressful. Back up from management is often slow due to an overabundance of work. I put in maximum effort and pride of valuable time from myself - I should be compensated properly for this. Being heard and spoken to is key. Communication!!!
Harris Computer: There are no stock options available - 401K match is paid months into the next year, only communication from management is how and where to reduce costs - no raises due to poor performance of the company since there is no support from management

Fusion Academy: Remote work is nice and it's good to build experience. I don't like the compensation package. It feels like each year is the same raise despite managers pressuring us to work harder and take on more responsibilities with the promise of a meaningful raise that doesn't come.

Bloomingdale's: The experience at Bloomingdales is a nightmare. Employees bully each other and management does nothing to stop it. In fact, they encourage a sense of "competition" and they consider bullying simple competition. Management is often dismissive and lacks knowledge about policy or proceedure.

Medallia: Very American! Recently with change in leadership they have struggled I think to bridge the gap of saying we have been doing a great job vs we are going to change everything we do as it hasn't been good enough.
Medallia: Constant changes in ELT since acquisition by PE firm Thoma Bravo, frequent changes in performance metrics, department names, goals, tools, making standards and quality delivery unclear across organization. 2025 leadership appears to lack clear communication to all on employee strategies and growth.

Percepta: It's great but, if you follow your schedule your case load can become overwhelming simply because some teams go into other auxes to avoid taking calls. You'll have 40 agents available but only 3 or so will be in ready which penalizes the people who follow their schedules.
Percepta: Working in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company offers a diverse experience with opportunities for skill development, career growth, and competitive pay. While it can be demanding, it also provides valuable life lessons in communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.

Percepta: What I like the most is the position I have which is in the backoffice, without it I wouldnt be here. I like how supervisors and managers treat the agents. What I dont like is that other companies with the same position offer the same benefits plus but a higher salary
