Reveleer: Compensation is only good for leaders. Company is very positively towards leaders. DEI is just an afterthought leading to pay disparity.
Skin Laundry: This specific clinic has not yet found its groove with providers and key holders and consistent management. I am the 3rd clinic manager within the year and the team I've inherited has little to no motivation. They have also developed bad habits as far as time and attendance and dress code.
Benshaw Inc: Benshaw is a great place to work. They offer many programs for furthering education through apprenticeship, trainings, and tuition reimbursement. They have recognition programs giving out $$ and regular appreciation events. They're investing in management training and more. Overall great place.
