Class: I sometimes feel like Charlie Brown and the football with constantly being promised "the next product release will change everything." I had to fight and advocate for myself to get my salary to an acceptable 'market' range and I feel like most other employees I talk to are frustrated and tired.
Class: Class is exciting and fast paced and I love the vision. Challenging, but a great place to grow. My team is one of the best I've ever been a part of. It has been mentally and emotionally draining at times though. Customer expectations seemed to not have been managed early on and we payed the price.

ThomasARTS: It's been so great. My work life balance is not ideal, but I tend towards working more than others, it is something that I love. I need to work on that and the agency has supported me and others with improved processes to support work/life balance.
ThomasARTS: It's been fairly fast paced but with little direction from supervisors or management, which makes it very stressful. I feel like the company as a whole does what it can to treat employees fairly, but my department sometimes seems so busy that you feel isolated and alone.
