I called a total of 5 times, the last escalated to the resolution team, and although everyone was pleasant, no one was able to offer a solution that worked. They were unable to provide a solution.
Boot Barn Holdings: Dont get too invested as a sales associate. Hard work pays off only in your consciousness. Little ability to move up and when you do its pennys on the dollar for more responsibilty.
