Rentokil: They pay less than you would think, they dont take coat of living seriously. They make it hard to hire new employees because the pay is not competirive, so managemebt has to pull a lot of slack. They dont listen!

Got offered a training but happens that training was looking at videos addressed to final users and not to technical personnel. Work gets assigned without any even context, but results are demanded asap.

Encora: Everything was ok, I had a good pace of work, but the administrative changes at high level made all different, there are no opportunities to grow.
Encora: Overall, I like working at Encora as a contractor. But I do feel Encora should value more contractors that have good/great performance in the client.

Paycom: It's a great company to work for. The expectations are very high in my role and that can be cumbersome for sure but other parts of the job make it worth it
Paycom: how much they care about your personal and professional growth
FM Global: They claim to care about their employees but suddenly made everyone go back to the office 5 days a week with no flexibility. They advertise jobs as being "flexible" but that is a lie. There is no remote work. The only flexibility is a compressed work week, 4 10-1/2 hour days plus commute.

Public Storage: The way they raise their rates is terrible. My unit went from $383 to $484 a $101 increase which comes to $1,212 a year. My Social Security gave me an increase of $78 a month. And they go up every year but generally its been about $50 a month which is bad enough

Salesforce: Years after years serving informatica with total Integrity. With last years lay offs always feel very insecure, what if I am next. Also for GCS if employee is for more than 10 yrs in organization (work exp in India and USA) there should be more annual leaves.
Paycom: I love the $1 health insurance and I think United Healthcare is a great company to have.
Paycom: No other sales organization id rather work at. I believe in the people, I beleive in the product, the compensation is unmatchable for those who put in the work, and I believe in the direction of the company and our leader starting at the top.
