Paycom: There is no flexibility - you must be in person 100% of the time - even if you have COVID There are too many meetings on Fridays that are not important. Leadership pretends to care but it feels forced. CEO is too involved. As long as I keep to myself I am happy at work.

Paycom: Just speaking from the sales side: Paycom can take individuals with sales experience and turn them into the greatest sales reps in the world. This is what happened to me and it's given me opportunities I would never see at other organizations. You truly become a CEO in your own territory.

Paycom: It's fast paced but in my role, that's a good thing.
Paycom: I came in not having a firm grasp on everything that goes into HR and HCM. Everyone is so helpful getting you and has your best interest at heart. We really cultivate a great culture where you're relying on different types of people. I've made it my own and feel so successful at what I do.
RingCentral: Fast-Paced company focusing on the results of each project. Successfully breaks company goals into quarter delivery to ensure goals are achievable. The people are positive and very supportive. I would highly recommend anyone to work here at RingCentral.

Employees are severely under-valued and customers lack decent support and set-up for their software products. Their digital marketing product lacks transparency and the benefit is negligible.

RingCentral: RingCentral deserves all the beautiful adjectives that I can think off. They do care about their employees mental health and well-being.
RingCentral: I have no problem with the job that was given to me nor with the team I am with. The only problem is those on the higher management that poorly sees that we worked hard and do our best to help the other team to met their goals. Unrecognize works demotivates the rest of us.

Paycom: I have been in multiple departments over my 6 years at Paycom and I have really enjoyed my time. It is leaps and bounds above my prior company.
Paycom: I feel so blessed to work for Paycom. I struggled a lot in my former career with being overworked and underpaid. I was not treated with respect and consideration. Paycom is night and day from my former job. I work 40 hours a week, am paid well and have opportunities for growth and job security.

Paycom: We have a lot of perks outside of just our jobs, it feels similar to when I was in university. You work hard during the day, go to the cafe for a catered lunch, after you get off you can play in sports leagues. In the current job climate in America, I'm just blessed to be here.
Gray TV: Gray actually cares about its employees. During the pandemic, not only did they NOT lay off people, they restructured the bonus system to make sure every employee got a bonus. And kept that model theough this year. No company is going to be perfect, but they do try.
Paycom: So far, my experience in my job has been very positive. I've been challenged in ways that have allowed me to stretch and grow and have built meaningful relationships with my colleagues.

Salesforce: Working in the company from 8+ years the company gave an immense opportunity to learn things it is a great work environment, where people are productive and genuinely enjoy being there.

Paycom: I have been working for Paycom for 8 years, and I have loved coming to work every day!
Paycom: Paycom has a lot of work to do in regards to culture, direction, and leadership.
Paycom: I started out at an entry level role despite having some significant prior experience, but it was not long before something came open to which I was perfectly suited and I jumped at the opportunity and was hired for the role. The entry-level role paid well and was a great intro to the company.
RealPage: Fast paced, global tech company. Opportunities to get involved in a variety of ERGs. Monthly townhalls from leadership.
Paycom: I am fairly new here, and everyone here has welcomed me with open arms! I feel like I've been here for years based on the relationships I've built here in such a short time.

First Advantage: Overall First Advantage is a good company to work for. Some improvement would be a step in the right direction. Additional rewards for learning new job skills and departments is needed.
Paycom: I enjoy being at the office, but the lack of flexibility to be hybrid does make it difficult for some employees to have flexibility in their lives.
Salesforce: Informatica has been one of the more organized and caring companies I've worked for. However as a full-time remote employee, their perks for remote employees are terrible. Just a computer, monitor and a measly $300 to set up a home office. Not even covering a portion of my home internet!
Schnucks: Part time but very nice place to work. Thinking of going full time if they will have me
Paycom: The benefits Paycom offers are insane. I appreciate having such an affordable healthcare plan.
Paycom: I have enjoyed working at Paycom through the ups and downs. I think as we push for a more collaborative environment we will be able to exceed our expectations and have an open line of communication what will ultimately help us internally, and help drive the business.
