NEXT Trucking: NEXT is a rocket ship. It isn't for everyone, and that's ok. We are actively improving life for people and disrupting a trillion dollar industry.
NEXT Trucking: It's overall positive, but there're some flaws within exec management that cast doubt over company goals and, most importantly, morale. IE: Bonus, perks, compensation for the work you actually contribute vs. what you were brought on to do. I have heard this a LOT about misleading role expectations.

Sometimes it seems we have a different 'shiny object' each week but, for the most part, the ultimate goal doesn't seem like a moving target. Overall, I am satisfied at NEXT.
