KIPP: Truly a cult-like atmosphere where "radical candor" was a fancy word that was thrown around but did not apply to leadership and their interactions with you only your interactions with others. Also, never expect a prep and you are expected to stay an hour after each day, 2hrs once a week, + wknds.
