Formstack: Was truly phenomenal a few years ago, then the CEO basically hired an entire team of executive lunatics who got mad with power and drove everything from culture to benefits straight into the ground.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK: Hire trustworthy professionals, provide better customer service, and be honest when customers complain about a bad moving experience.

Formstack: This company is a lost cause. The executive leadership team is way out of their league anc have driven the once-profitable company into the ground. Abusive executives, hiring friends, and mismanagement of the product are at the top of thier long list of violations. Run!

Suki: I have seen a lot of people leave, mostly being forced out in some behind-the-scenes way and then it framed to us as if it were their choice or just not addressed as a whole. This does not sit well with employees or work well for boosting morale. Learning opportunities abound, though, at least.
Suki: Great work culture, transparency, and well defined goals.
Suki: Overall everything is going good
Formstack: Executive leadership is ill-equipped to lead the company where it needs to go. Product direction has completely stagnated and leaders are more concerned with hiring their friends and amassing power than making positive updates to the product or company culture.
Suki: Transparency, accountability, industry knowledge, and approachability.
Formstack: Poor leadership has plagued Formstack for several years with the most recent 40% reduction of staff as a recent example.
Formstack: I joined Formstack because the company culture was widely touted to be healthy and positive. For my first 6-9 months, that was true. But then changes in Executive Leadership rapidly turned the organization into toxic, money-centric, and disingenuous. 40% layoffs in May delivered dispassionately.
Formstack: There is not interview process. Leadership will hire their friends.

AutoAnything: They can ship the product that they charged you for. They can answer the numerous emails and phone calls that have been sent and made. They can return my $414.84 that they stole from me.
Formstack: The culture that was presented in all interviews is not the culture that is actually present any more. Executive Leadership lies outright to your face and will actively try and save a SVP who verbally abused her subordinates. Do not work at this company, go anywhere else.
Formstack: Coworkers are amazing and just great people.
Formstack: Underpaid. Underappreciated. Called explicative and derogatory names during pipeline meetings by a member of the ELT. I loved the people that I worked with - but the ELT have done a WONDERFUL job at axing that. The culture is dead.
Formstack: The "culture" at Formstack started off great and ended in a place that existed to serve the whims of Private Equity and nothing else. There is no more culture here. There is only sadness and The Grind.
Formstack: ELT ruined the company and destroyed lives

Palace Entertainment: Grossly overpriced. Cleanliness. Website clarity. Updating broken room accommodations,amenities accommodations. Keeping rides open until park is closed. No inclement weather involved in this case. Have no intent to make a family return to this resort going forward. Extremely disappointed.
Dynatron Software: It is good. I feel they are doing everything they can to help with the load of clients we have by hiring new coaches. Right now it seems overwhelming trying to stay on top of the pile. I trust it will get better.

Dynamic Campus: Far too many issues not addressed by management. Front line workers are constantly told "We want you to feel like you're part of us" and then left with no professional development or company culture events. Communication with upper management is FAR too slow.
Dynatron Software: I am mexican and English is not my first language so I have a really heavy accent, every member of Dynatron are part of my life because at my previous jobs I was suffering under bullying but every co-worker are very nice and I am grateful to God for sending me these angels of co-workers. ;-) ;-)
