Betterworks: taking away second fridays off was a bummer
Betterworks: I would say this is the best experience of my life to work at Betterworks. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow while being happy with what I like to do on a daily basis. The company has a lot of growth potential and quickly adapting to the latest tech culture.
Betterworks: Overall it's a great place to work! It can be a bit politically charged at times with progressive talking points which is a bit much. I don't understand why I need to be told by my employer how I should decorate my house for Thanksgiving to not offend indigenous peoples, for example.

Betterworks: I love my job and love working for this company. I have never worked for an organization where I have CEO that supports my crazy ideas and invests in them, a manager to gives me the freedom to push boundaries, and a culture that is celebratory and supportive of one another.
Betterworks: I love the PTO and work life flexibility. We need a clear definition to career growth and promotability - promotions can feel like favoritism at times. The company needs to offer a retirement account with matching. Seems a bit old school to not offer this to employees.

Betterworks: Overall it is good but at times the ones who make the engineering decisions (from my perspective only) are not well thought out or are using best practices. I still believe they are doing their best. But I feel like the real world application experience is lacking at times.

FuboTV: First quit raising prices constantly. You are nowhere near or at the level of the big boys. Your recording, rewinding and forwarding our ridiculous. If you go too fast with your directions fubo shuts down and you have to restart it. About 30% of the time while using fubo the system is out.

LTSE: It's a startup, so there's a certain amount of chaos. However I find it to be way more organized and professional than most. Lots of great talent here and leadership empowers those folks to solve the problems that they've been hired to solve, rather than micromanaging.
LTSE: Engaging and chaotic. We're doing with ~20 people what other exchange do with hundreds or thousands of people. Lots of room for growth, and always new and exciting things to work on. There's never a shortage of work to do or problems to solve.
