Avionte: Their customer service and employees do not know the product. The work remotely and clients spend hours upon hours setting up a trouble ticket, adding information. Nobody reads it, and then they ask questions that aren't related to the version of software you use. They need to stop working remotely.

Interviewers could make a good living, now that they hired lots of new interviewers we are scrambling for interview. Forced DEI training.

You buy software and then in about 3 months it does not work. That is very bad. I've been dealing with computers and software for 30 years.

I have tripped over it numerous times. One man fell and broke his leg recently. Please make it safer for your customers.

Genova Diagnostics: We were told that they would not be doing merit based raises this year due to inflation. Multiple people were let go, and the workload increased, but I cannot comfortably afford to live in this area for what I'm paid. The only thing I get for working harder is more expectations.

Happy Cog: Like a lot of agencies, it's often times about quantity over quality. You're often judged by how many tickets you can get out the door vs how well built and maintainable the code is. Amazing developer culture and team, but their hands are tied by speed and constantly having to worry about hours.
IMVU: Restructure the entire customer service protocols as well as worth of money for all its services. Better the support of content creators as well.
Cybba: Support teams are expected to work 24/7 without fair compensation and will be berated if they try to set healthy work boundaries
