
The fact that I work from home, but still feel connected to my coworkers.
They are clear about the direction they want to take the company and they engage with the employees on a regular basis
I would say the most positive thing is the amount of compassion out leadership team has shown over the course of the coronavirus.
The way the unlimited PTO is handled, we are acctually encouraged to take time off unlike other companies where they just claim it is unlimited but never allow you to take time off.
The way we interact with other teams within the company. So many times you need something from a nother team, in other orgs you have strong silos that make trying to interact outside your group near impossible. Not here, you can reach out to any team and they are willing to help you anyway they can.
