
There is no proper appraisal process. It often feels like only selected or known people receive increments, while employees who consistently give 100% are not appreciated or rewarded in my team. A fair and transparent appraisal system would improve motivation and trust.

My team is supportive and works well together. We maintain strong coordination and teamwork. but our efforts are not appreciated or recognized by the manager. There is still no proper seating provided, even though this issue was earlier highlighted to HR. When concerns remain unresolved,
I feel undervalued because despite working 9+ years at Startek, I am still in Band 5 with no appraisals for the last 2 years. Lack of support for internal movement has limited my growth. Fair evaluation and clear career progression would help me feel valued.I am choosing to resign.
