They totally disregard serious complaints against management regarding harrassment, creating hostile work environments and illegally using FMLA protected absences against good long-term employees (25+ years) by including it in performance reviews and by refusing to recommend employee for their own job during company restructure once returning to work although manager had recommended 3 months prior while employee was out on medical leave. HR just passed employees complaints on to the manager's boss and employee never received any follow up from HR or Section Manager. As a result, employee felt forced to quit due to the ongoing harrassment and hostile work environment and negative health problems it continued to induce. Just another way for the company to get rid of the long-term employees at the top of the pay scale and receiving the best benefits that they no longer want to provide or are providing to new employees. Such a disgrace what SF is doing and what it has become.
