If I could make any changes #1 doing prep each day just not when you run out , go back to the older salt and black pepper things , having enough works for each day time shift and having 2 people on night In on weekends not just having 1person for day time and just 1 person for night it's too much work just in that 1 person only having guys close in women open on weekends , not to put frozen vegetables on sandwiches or old looking vegetables , not giving the most hours to just 1 work when you have other employees that need hours too , know how to do a schedule each week would be great too in having your workers on the same hours + time each week would be so much better unless your someone needs a for sure day off, order the truck stuff right too would help so your store doesn't run out of anything, not having so many sandwiches sauce to put on the sandwich most the time only some gets used , keep fresh cookies and bread is a great idea , we can ask the customer all day long for ex meat
If I could make any changes, I would require drug testing bi-annually and follow up on an attitude check with some managers or have employees fill out and send in a survey regarding their personal treatment including their thoughts on the managers and supervisors. In doing so, I guarantee that the outcome will be better employee performance because they'll know that somebody higher up actually cares about them, and they'll be inspired to actually support the company they work for.
Asking if someone wants ex meat your workers can ask all day long most the time the answer is NO. Because they know what they want when they order ,so each employee should sell 3 ex meat sandwich a day? Guess that 1 thing that's based on how many hours you get?
fire all management and start fresh with people that have actually worked in the store
