Our supervisor will give a compliment and at the same time say you did something wrong. Expectations are wanting a robot with no feelings and only perfection when you are already doing your best to preform your daily tasks. Nothing is ever good enough.
The supervisors have high expections and do not care how hard you are working and always want more. Nothing is good enough but they also do not help to relieve the daily work load to help out the employees instead have demands and make comments if something was not done by there standards.
