Compensation is competitive if work life balance was reasonable
I feel it can move a bit slow at times, due to management's indecisiveness, and then a fast pace when they finally decide a direction. It would be better to have more communication from top down, and less red tape.
Tense always walking on eggshells. Don’t go to HR
A good ebb and flow of extremely busy and less so which allows a good work/'life balance
Great Services, but employees often feel undervalued/underutilized.
