
Mostly made up of quality individuals I would trust to watch my house while I was out of town
The ability to always do the right thing for the customer and (within reason) not have to reach out for approval to do so. Also, the overall transparency of the company.
I do like that they are accessible, mostly approachable and willing to help out when asked. It does a lot for morale to be able to reach out to leadership as if they were a fellow "front line" employee
The new "bonus bux" option doesn't always boil down as it was painted. There are products offering $600-$1000 in bonus bux. Would be better if they were penalized on the front end instead of on the backend. Also, sick days shouldn't count against you with doctors notes.
