
Depends on your department. We have 2 in essential. 1 is great but the other does as little as possible. Same problem in grocery. Style has no leads that when if no one is watching. Logistic leads all work hard and try to be respectful.
TL and SR-TL over worked with lack of hours. Many major resets after the holidays come with no payroll and not a lot of executive support.
They are more focused on climbing a corporate ladder than give the store what it needs to succeed.
Shows favoritism. Rides some hard workers even harder and allows others to get away with being relaxed
Store level us excellent....it's the upper levels that need to think before the act
Poor. Very little to no communications between managers and team leads.
Where I work most team leads are very good.
