I've had many ups and downs over my years with ThirdLove. We are currently on an upswing with the company finally taking the mental health of its employees seriously. Though we are still grossly underpaid.
Unprofessional and disorganized. Customer service agents aren't allowed to go against policy even if it's in the best interest for the customer, but if the customer screams loud enough, management will bend over backward for them then scold us for not making the customer happy.
