Work/Life balance at Ticketmaster is 100% dependent on the team and manager. Some people seemingly have nothing to do all day, come in at 10 and are out at 4. Maybe they work really hard from home... Other's on the same team may be in at 6AM and work until 8PM to pick up the slack. Overall, my impression is that there isn't a work/life balance at Ticketmaster. You are expected to work. If life gets in the way of that, you need less life if you want to keep working here.
Amazing the WFH opportunities are great and vacation policy is pretty decent as well. Managers are very good about working with employees when family needs arise.
