No alignment of strategy at the top. Good ole boys club. CFO is allowed berate employees, gaslighting during meetings, allowed to 'break the rules' that no one else is allowed. Employees are overworked and crying for balance.
The corporate side of the business is out of touch with the individual shops. They try marketing tactics and policies that may work extraordinarily well in some markets and quite poorly in others. They think they can train someone in a few weeks/months to perform like those with 10yrs+ experience.
The initial service that I received and the fit of my first bike, which was stolen. :-(
