Improve communication between management and staff. This is one of the worst companies to work for. In 6 months I went through at least 5 supervisors. There is no excuse for that. I had a supervisor that lied like she breathed. She claimed that I attended her group meetings but I never even knew when they were. She also said that we had one on one meetings which was not true either. Because she was friends with upper management she never was reprimanded for her actions.
invest more on modern communications (making it more paperless) and collaboration tools. Real time project management tracker. As mentioned earlier, i suggest we create a working hub for each site, this is one more option of working from home. People from support can now work in the site that are near their place anytime. This creates more flexibility in their time.
I would leave and work elsewhere or start my own company...TTEC is a sinking ship, but everyone's in denial that the wet stuff around their ankles is water.
Get rid of the bad management and offer better training. This was the worst experience of my life. I would never recommend this company.
I would show appreciation to the employees, I would raise the starting wages so that employees would actually want to come in and work.
