
The leadership team has certainly had some struggles, but it is clear to me that they're serious about change and are working at that daily.
I do like the fact that they reach out and ask about our opinion as a driver and a customer
Immediate response on problems, but don't always listen to drivers to create a solution.
That I rarely if ever have had to deal with them.
The communication between Uber HQ and the drivers is pretty great.
