For a UA in a retail store, it really depends on the store and the demographic. I was a "rover" for the company for a time and there are some stores where you are doing 100+ transactions daily but its all quick and easy so it's nice(generally low-income places) or middle class demographic generally has a steady work pace of fewer people you deal with but a bit more complicated things. Upper class even fewer people but some crazy complex stuff, I just moved from a location in Alberta district of Portland (in process of gentrification, trendy small business hub, common weekend destination for people) It was stupidly busy, I was having 3-4 new account sessions per day on average in addition to whatever back office nonsense. when I was on teller row it was easily 100+ transactions daily. Now I have moved to Lake Oswego (very upper class, can walk 10min and find some mansions) and it is like 15% of the foot traffic and new account sessions but every second customer has a 45min issue.
