One year one week to year two weeks five years three weeks 10 years four weeks 15 years five weeks 20+ Yrs Six weeks vacation. Paid two weeks prior to vacation! They also give you 5 sick days with pay & 4 days you can just call in and get paid! So they have a wonderful vacation plan if you are a Seniority person!
Needs to change...the higher up guys take all of the good weeks. I think it should be : start at the top and fill out two weeks and work down the list...etc. until the weeks are done.
3 weeks Vacation for the first 5 years, after 5 years at the company it goes to 4 weeks and after 10 years at the company it goes to 5 weeks.
Contractually, 2weeks off per year for new hires all the way to 6 weeks and 8 personal days off for 25 years of service and up.
After one year everyone gets 2 weeks payed vacation a year. Then another week after every 5 years of service.
Vacations, both union and non-union, are based purely on years of service with no variables.
Better than most companies. Takes 25 years to get 6 weeks. Wish it was more.
Long term investment. But over all good. At least for the bargaining unit members.
According to length of service. But your told when to take them
Poor. Your basically told when you are allowed to take vacation
Need more the time you get is not enough
Pretty decent, based on seniority.
Standard .
