What's the work from home policy like at Verizon?

When I left, there was a push to allow individuals to work from home at least one day a week, and they could choose between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Some teams who didn't sign up for this benefit had managers that were very flexible to allow folks to work from home as needed, if sick or if they had maintenance work being done at home they needed to be present for.

I'm with my position I'm in retail also work from home with Verizon that I am unaware of their maybe positions now I am sure maybe customer service jobs on telesales that you could do from home that I'm not aware of but I am at the store location face-to-face with the customers

In customer service, not available. They love to micro manage all metrics. Technology would easily allow for this to happen.

Available but most vp’s demand their people be in the office. It becomes a fake benefit.
