
Desire to improve. Our department is generally very focused on introspection and improvement, even when uncomfortable. Failures are opportunity for improvement, not blame or scapegoating.
Commitment to vision and customers. I know most of my colleagues and team are trying to do what's best for the customer and the company, even when we disagree.
Bonus plan is fairly competitive in the marketplace, although formula for it is not transparent nor clear throughout the year. Not knowing the exact formula gives perception (and opportunity) to make the bonus % whatever execs want.
CEO stability has been much better the last few years. Amy Zupon is committed to the organization and I feel she has pride and desire to realize our customer value. The rest of the c-suite is more in flux - seems constant changes here. These would be harder to handle if Amy Zupon wasn't there.
