
Less micromanagement and setting realistic targets.
Better pay, bigger bonuses, which in turn will help the turnover rate and keep consistent employees.
If we do amazing, we get briefly praised. If we are having a slump, we get micromanaged. There's no middle ground.
There's never any cost of living raises. The world is getting more expensive, however the pay is essentially staying the same. The move from Salary to hourly for GM's was not a positive change as well.
