How often do employees get raises at Walmart?

Annually, and it's a slap in the face - doesn't even match cost of living increases, so in effect, you make less every year you stay with them

Raises are given on an evaluation done usually after 90 days from the start of employment then every quarter with evaluations.

Supposed to be yearly. But it always seems to be coming and never actually here.
